Sudden lower-right back pain?!
Question: Sudden lower-right back pain!?
A few minutes ago, I was lying on my stomach, studying some poetry for school!. I got up in sort of a twisting motion to the left, and I immediately felt a sort of pinching feeling in my lower-right back!. I eventually managed to get up, and a few minutes later, I am feeling a toned-down version of the original pain in the same spot whenever I am in certain positions!. Any idea of what this could be!? Muscle spasm!. Alternate heat and cold on it, take ibuprofen and try not to lift anything heavy for awhile!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
