if you had a partial tear then it would heal on its own, a complete tear would require surgery but you would be in a world of pain with a complete tear!. Muscle will heal and regenerate over time!. Just take care of that leg since I'm sure it's painful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It should heal on it's own!. In more than 20 years around the operating room I have never seen a surgery for a torn hamstringWww@Answer-Health@Com
