What could be causing my frequent headaches?!
Question: What could be causing my frequent headaches!?
I have been getting alot of headaches lately!. They usualy hit in the afternoon!. They aren't bad headaches, but almost impossible to get rid of!. (It's not caffine withdrawl or pms (at least this time it's not) so i am baffled)I am getting so tired of this!. Any ideas of what could be causing them!? I am thinking that maybe I should go get my eyes checked (!?)!. I don't know! I should probably just suck it up and go to my doc, but he is so far away, gas is expensive, work is busy, and lets just face it!.!.!.I'm lazy! I suffer from tension headaches and have to have a brain scan!.
I find codein works!. But my doctor perscribed it!.
Got nothingggg to do with pms!.
Sick of being told that hehe!.
Well the only thing you can do is put a cold flannel onto your eyes!.
and get a decent amount of sleep!.
I dont eat much, And people assume that it's because of that!.
It's not!.
You just have to bite your lip on this one!.

If your not getting a goods night sleep every night, that will do it, if you drink to much caffeine or eat chocolate that will do it!. If your not eating right that will do it!. Are you stressed out that will do it!. This use to happen to me and I have high blood pressure from stress!. Have you had this checked lately!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
