Question: Tingling sensation down my arms, and in my hands Also in my legs feet when I prop them up!? !?
Tingling sensation down my arms and hands, especially left!. Also in my legs feet when I prop them up!? !?
This started this morning, when I woke up, i could feel like tingling/numb feeling when i moved my arm backwards, or layed a certain way!. Now, It wont stop, feels like it does when you hit your funny bone, but constant!. Especially happens in my fingers, hand when I stretch my arm back!. I can push under my arm, and it makes it REALLY bad!. Also noticed when i cross my legs, my legs are having the same feelings, and my feet are tingling too, like bad blood circulation!. Any ideas!? Could this just be a pinched nerve!? I did drink last night, got sick today, nutrient defieciency!?
If I shrug my shoulders in an upward position, then relax and let them fall, i get electrical shock feelings down both arms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you have any pain, weakness, stiffness or any range of motion limitations!? It could either be a pinched nerve from doing something while drinking, a herniation in your neck pinching on a nerve, or something more specific!. If the numbness has not subsided within the day, I would probably see your family physician!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
