Question: I fell on my wrist a week ago and i still cant do push ups!?
I fell on my wrist a week ago and i still cant do push ups the round bone is still swollen!.!.!? what do you think i did to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would follow-up with your family physician!. Falling on an outstretched hand is the easiest and most common mechanism to fracture your scaphoid bone in your wrist!. Where exactly is your pain and swelling located!? If it is at the base of your thumb, it very well could be a fracture of your scaphoid!. If it is generalized wrist pain and swelling, it could either be a sprain to one of your carpal bones, or tear of some cartilage!. If it has been a week, it definately at least warrants an x-ray!. You may have had a bad sprain or fractured a bone!. Have someone look at it and rest it with ice and wrap it up!. It's possible that it's a small injury and you haven't given it any time to rest!. you obviously bruised it!. it shouldn't be that bad unless you actually fractured part of your arm or wrist!. it SHOULD heal over time but if the pains severe, i suggest going to the doctors, its the best way to deal with things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
