You will be fine, you probably just pinched a nerve!. I have done that before also; give it a few days before training on it again, and it should be fine!. If swelling does not subside, see your doctor!. It could be, but probably isn't, something much worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its probably just swelling, pay attention to them though if they dont seem to be getting better go to the doctors!. I've punched a glass window before and it seemed broken but it was just swelling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
