Sore lower back where hips meet back. Could it be from...?!

Question: Sore lower back where hips meet back!. Could it be from!.!.!.!?
This might be a stupid question (but I'd like to think that (almost) NO question is a stupid question!. I think I'm a little papranoid about this because my mom was having lower back pain and just last week she went to the DR and she a little bone loss!.
I am 28!.!.!.and recently my lower back has been hurting on and off- not terriibly, but a dull ache!. Yesterday I had it almost all day!. In all honestly, I'm working on my posture- I don't think I sit properly, especially when I'm at the computer!. I also have an almost 7 mos old who is almost a permanent fixture on my hip!. Can you get back pain from carrying around your son (he's only about 16-17 pounds right now)!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Any prolonged abnormal posture or position can trigger a painful response!. I highly doubt your problem is related to bone loss!.!.!.especially since you just had a baby!.

Start changing your position a little more frequently and focus on your posture!. If that doesnt' seem to resolve it in a couple weeks, I would speak to your doctor about physical therapy!.

About 85% of the population has back pain at some point in their life!. The vast majority of cases go away on their own!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

the problem is in the computer chair
please put a small pillow in the chair to support the lower back
I ripped the back of another computer chair and am using it as a lower back support and the pain has gone in my case!.
