You don't drink anywhere near enough water!!

A glass with each meal!?!? Unless your glasses contain 30 ounces each then that is not enough water!.

When you feel thirsty it is that you have actually been dehydrated for quite some time!.

This will lead to health problems and perhaps even weight gain, as you must have plenty of water to flush out toxins and waste products!.

See your health care professional for advice if you are worried about diabetes but I really think you're thirsty because you don't drink enough water!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The doctors say to drink eight glasses of water a day!.
(I am assuming that when you say "a drink" that you are not referring to alcohol!.)
Check your urine color, it should be clear to pale yellow!. If it is dark, then you are not consuming enough fluids!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you are thirsty you are already starting to get dehydrated!. You're better off drinking more throughout the day!. Also try having some juice or something with a little sugar, like tea!. You'll feel much more hydrated than if you just drank plain water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should be drinking plenty of fluid throughout the day, you dont just have 4 drinks a day do you!? also if its caffiene its going to make you thirstier!. Drink plenty of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would go and get a urine sample done just to rule out diabetes!. Also if you eat salt with your evening meal that could be contributing to your thirst!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, the reason is called dehydration - it's your body's way of saying, "I'm thirsty"!.
