Question: Knee injury question!.!.!.!?
during gym i was sitting down and i felt something in my knee pull and it hurt like h311!.!.!. i looked up a diagram of the huan knee and i found out that i had pulled my lateral collateral tenden!.!.!. is that bad!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Did you hear or feel a "pop" on the side of your knee!? You should use the RICE method: Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation!. Give it some rest and see if it fells better!. If you have instability you should go and see your doctor!. I tore mine!. I heard it pop and then it hurt bad, almost like a burn for about 20 to 30 seconds!. Then it felt fine so I started back to work out and my knee completely gave away!. Now I am waiting to get into the doctor!. I am icing, using a brace and ibuprofen!.
