Why do i have this heart pain?!
Question: Why do i have this heart pain!?
I am a fairly active person!. I have been going to the gym for about 2 years now and everything was fine!. However, for about the past two weeks, i would go for a nice 4-5 mile run, and afterwards, i would hit the sauna for another half an hour!. I noticed that about 4-5 days ago, i have an unusual heart pain that comes and goes!. Its nothing too extreme, but it's really scary when it does hurt!. I was wondering what can be the cause of this!? Can the sauna be causing this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I guess it could be the sauna but that seems unusual unless you are heat sensitive and that is affecting your heart!.
You should see a doctor if it continues!. Never fool around with heart pain!.
He may suggest a halter monitor for 24 hours which monitors your heart and kind of records all that goes on during that time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
