Can anyone tell me some ways to get back to running without hurting my after inj!


Question: Can anyone tell me some ways to get back to running without hurting my after injured ankle!?
Two weeks ago Tuesday I cut the bottom of my foot open and I had to get 2 stitches inside of the cut!. I was using crutches but now I am able to walk on it really good, though I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of how I could get used to running on it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would get a doctors approval first and then start first by walking, then fast walking and work your way up to running!. remember it can take several weeks to get back to the way you ran before so don't get discouraged and if it hurts really bad slow it down let your body tell you when it is ready to go to the next level!. dont forget to stretch the muscles around your ankle!. your doc can give you some good stretches to do before and after!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it can take time for the area to be healed properly!.!.!.i cut my hand abot six months ago and had stitches and it still hurts under pressure!.!.!.
if you just start off gradually!.!.!.dont do anything that hurts too much!.!.!. just bulid it up and keep moving
try wearing extra padded socks or gel sole pads!.!.!.

Get a routine going for every day
just a small one, not runnign a marathon or something like that!
keep doing that until you get back to your normal self :-)

go for a small jog then get generally bigger till ur perfect again plz answer a bit of mine plzzz Www@Answer-Health@Com

first start lightly jogging on it and if it hurts you arent ready 2 run yetWww@Answer-Health@Com
