If your sore does that mean your getting stronger?!

Question: If your sore does that mean your getting stronger!?
Answers:
Often yes, especially when doing exercises( push ups, etc) the type of pain you might get after exercises or stretches usually means that your muscles are strengthening but if you strain your ankle or something then that is not strengthening, it's just injury!. it is important to know the difference between stretch and actual injury!. remember not to push yourself too hard!. hope this helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your muscles are sore from working out here's the rundown!. Remember to stretch before and after working out to prevent the soreness!. If you continue to work out at a recommended 30 min a day or at least every three days, after a while the workouts won't hurt so much!. The pain is sign that your muscles are strained, but they will get used to it!. It doesn't necessarily mean you are stronger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my physical therapist says that pain is not good!. work ur muscles til u start to feel it and increase as ur body tells u to (cos it won't feel the pain for more repetitions!.) so i would think if u r sore, then u have over done it and need to let the muscles rest!. listen to ur body!. tearing muscle tissue is never good!.
