Question: Can not eating properly give u headaches!?
hey!
im not a very big eater, i dont eat breakfast or lunch so the first thing i eat in the day is my tea!.
i have been doing this for ages, and it has become addictive if i was to eat in the morning ill feel really sick!.
so anyway, recently ive been getting really bad headaches and sometime i cant concentrate on my school work!.
also im really cold all the time, like today at school i was literally shivering and my teeth were banging agaisnt each other so my teacher came over to me with a mini heater and pluged it in so that i could get warm and do my work!. and when i go to sleep i always wear big cosy jumpers but i am still cold!.
my mum said to me the other when i was complaining i was cold that i have to get some weight on because that is why im cold all the time!.
im scared of putting on weight, i know that sounds really stupid but i am!. i don't even know how this happened!. i never used to be like this but suddenly ive become this whole other person that is soo conscious about my weight!.
anyway, i was just wondering, can my eating habits have anything to with the headaches and coldness that i am getting!?

yes, not eating will give you headaches!. It will also make you shiver!. It sounds like your body is going into starvation mode!.

I don't want to sound harsh but you need to speak to someone, maybe your mum if you can or a teacher at school!?
If you are in te UK, go to your form tutor or to student support and tell them you want to go to see a Connexions worker!. They will be able to help you or find you someone who can!.

The things you are saying about worrying about your weight adn becoming a whole other person are not great!. It doesn't sound stupid but it is something that you need to get under control before it gets out of hand!.

yes if you are not eating properly it is very bad for you because you don't have enough energy in your body!. as for the coldness i'm not sure!.!. it might just be because the weather is almost freezing these days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat some warm food in the morning or something!.

you can eat some fruit to get you going in the morning and its better to eat so you can concentrate Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to skip breakfast for years too!. I started eating something in the morning and I felt sick for awhile, but if you start with something simple like just a glass of milk or orange juice it's not so bad!.

Don't be scared about putting on weight from it either!. Eating breakfast stimulates your metabolism so eventually it will actually help you lose weight! Eventually, the best thing to do is eat a huge breakfast, medium lunch, and small dinner!. (Small dinner because you're just going to sleep afterward, and if it's small it'll make you hungrier for breakfast)!.

It can be a little annoying to get into the habit, but you'll feel a lot better once you do!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

yup defo, those are the side effects of extreme dieting!. food and water keep u hydrated within the body and out!. lack of food can make u feel rundown and out!.!.!.

do u know ur soooooooooooo much better off if u have them both!.!.!. ur lack of eating is totaly messing up ur metabolism!.!.!. its probably so low now!. start having breakfast and lunch!. PLEASE! just for a month and see how much better u feel!.!.!. and this will keep ur weight and whole body feeling good and metabolism normal!.!.!. pure green tea, i know it doesn't taste grrreat but its really nice after 1 cup!. i have it 2/3 times a day and i eat whatever i want!. and ive got my curves and i love it, so do the boys ;) figures like kelly brook and!.!.!. beyonce j lo kim kardashian are figures u should be aiming for if any!. the anorexic skinny 1z are so eeeewww!. Yes, not eating properly does give you headaches!. It sounds as though you would benefit from some one to one help with your eating issues!. You're not stupid, please don't dismiss the way you are feeling about food/weight!. I spent 9 miserable years feeling the way you are now!. email me if you need questions answering, I'm a nutritionist but have also suffered with an eating disorder although I prefer not to call it that 'food anxiety' feels like a better description!. If you aren't eating until the afternoon your body is running on empty until then!. You would be much better off eating a little bit a few times during the day to keep your energy level up!. If your blood sugar drops due to lack of food it can certainly give you a headache and a fuzzy brain!. And if you are lacking in fuel your body is gets cold because all of the energy it has it is reserving to run your organs - the energy goes to keeping you living and your body functioning, not keeping your body warm!. So learn to eat, space it out and you won't gain any weight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well i'm not too suree butt !.!.!.
I skipped breakfast before because i was late to get to school and throughout my first lesson i started to get a headache and i felt really dizzy, so i had to go home!.
