Question: Help! I cant stand this horrible back pain!!! !?
I've had lover back pain for a few months now (lower back pain), I thought it was because of breastfeeding my daughter but then a month ago it began to get severe and extremely painful!.
When I sit, even in good posture when I stand I feel as though my spinal cord has gotten stuck in sitting position and cant get my back straight!
My doctor said it was Ligament problem! What the heck is that!? He has said that twice now, all he said to take was Tylenol 3 for pain! Because I am breastfeeding!.
Sometimes I am standing and my leg joints lock into place and I have to throw myself on the couch to rest and let it (my back) go back into place!.
Please help me know what I can do! I need a cure, soon!. I need to take care of my kids and enjoy it!
Hot showers help, it eases the pain but it returns in 10 minutes!.
Also Yoga has helped, but it just reliefs the pain for a bit!. And it comes back horribly strong!

Low back pain in the latter part of pregnancy and early post partum is very common!. There are a couple of causes that are very common!. The first is called facet imbrication!. This is a ten dollar term for the jamming together of the joints between the adjacent vertebrae and is a very common cause of mechanical low back pain!. It is brought on by some of the biomechanical changes that occur with the weight gain associated with pregnancy and the forward shift it causes in the center of gravity!. The other thing that often occurs is alignment issues in the lumbar and pelvic regions that are associated with the ligamentous laxity that occurs to allow childbirth!. See a good PT or chiropractor and they can help you with this!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
just be carful, some dr's will put you on stronger pain meds, and then you could run into being addicted to those! even tho it might help with the pain, sometimes its not worth the PAIN of USEING PAINMEDS AND THERE LONG TERM EFFECTS! SUPRISE DTHE TYLENOL #3 is not helping more!!? try asking your dr if advil (liquid caps) might help! i know i used them ALOT when i had back pain and it helps SOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH! but always ask a pharmacy or DR before taking anything over the counter!
