Is cracking your fingers unhealthy?!
Question: Is cracking your fingers unhealthy!?
How about your neck or back or knees!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
Been doing it for over 10 years an no problems!. People who play drums take a lot more strain on their hands and don't have problems so keep at it, feels damn good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Though I've heard it can possibly lead to arthritis, I've heard something different recently!.!.!.
I heard it's like letting out some type of air or gas or something that's caught between your joints!. I wouldn't necessarily suggest doing it, seeing as I do it all the time and I can't write for more than five minutes without losing the ability to hold the pencil (I'm fourteen and in school, which sucks ***)!.!.!.
I REALLY wouldn't suggest cracking your neck!. I too, crack that one, and it only adds to the insane back problems I have!. That one, is no good as far as I'm concerned!.
The back, for me, only relieves pain!.!.!. but it's only a short time thing!. I'd leave that to your chiropractor!.
As for the knees, how do you even do that!?!?!? lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
