How do you quit sugar?!


Question: How do you quit sugar!?
okay i'm 13 years old and i need to loose a little weight, i exercise a lot and i know that the only reason i'm fat is because i eat more junk food than i should!.
does anyone have any idea on how to STOP eating junk food!? i mean every time i say i'm going to stop i just don't (and know this isn't something "physiological", i have a happy life ;) )

To be honest i go through the same thing as a13 guy to0 and i dont think a 13 yr old girl or guy should be consern about there weight but for what ever reason if you really want to know just eat proteins as in beans and meat( non fatty), fruits, vegatbles!. also everything has some amount of sugar srry to tell you that!. and exersise everyday and if you cant stick to it ask a friend to do it with you and who ever loses the most weight per week wins 10 dollars or however many to keep u motivated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. Keep it away from you!. So, make sure you never have cash so you can't buy an iced coffee and try to get your parents not to buy Oreos and Pringles, etc!. Or maybe they could just hide them from you!.

2!. Eat other things instead if you're hungry!. Try something like 100 calorie bags of popcorn!. You can eat 2 of those and it is a TON of popcorn and not many calories!. This is a good one if you get bored and just like to graze while watching tv!. Other ideas:
grapes (or any other fruit!!!)
veggies (most veggies have very few calories (NOT potatoes))
freezer fruit bars or 100 calorie fudge bars (those fudge bars are a lifesaver if you're addicted to chocolate like me!)
pretzels (mmmm, but don't eat the entire bag)

Basically, just make sure that when you open the fridge or cabinet looking for lunch, you see healthy things!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have some lower carb fruits in your diet!.!.!.add them in slowly because sometimes too much too soon can cause bathroom issues!. Consider strawberries, blueberries, raspberries!. They are your best bets!.

You might want to add some nuts to your diet too!. The fiber is good for you, and they have essential fatty acids that you need!.

With your meals, add in more protein!. It will fill you up, and since it takes longer to burn off, you shouldn't have post-meal hunger pangs, that make you reach for the junk food!. Carbohydrates can cause an insulin reaction, so if you have a meal heavy in carbs, you get a blast of insulin, then another later on!. It's that last blast that comes shortly after you have finished eating, that gets you into trouble!. When the meal is burned off, you crave more food!.

That's when it's good to have those nuts around!. Cheese, pepperoni sticks, and small salads also make good snacks!. Some veggies and dip would work too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start buying healthy snacks like protein bars or energy bars!. They aren't necessarily sugar free or low calorie all the time, but at least they aren't empty calories--they have good nutrition in them!.

Get baked chips instead of regular!. Switch to sugar free soda if you have to drink soda at all!.

hmm I'm 13 too, I work out like a crazy person(haha everyday) I don't eat junk food but I do eat sugar!. Just try eating sweet fruit instead!. Like strawberries!. Thats what always works for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
