Answers:
You are most likely correct in that the right arm is carrying more of the stress than the left!. The way to correct this is to slow the movement down and concentrate on evening out the weight between the arms!. Another way is to spread the hands further out!. One last way is to do a push up but stop every few degrees and hold that position for a few seconds!. Go a little lower and stop and do this until you get to the floor!. You may only be able to do one of those but it will increase the strength of your arms!. If you have a gym ball lay on it and roll slightly more to the left and do a push up!. This will throw more weight on the left side!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, duh your arms hurt while you do push ups, have you just recently started to do push ups!.
If you haven't really don't them before and your just starting, it's going to hurt!. i'm just starting to work on push ups too, and my arms were killing me!.
every tuesday i have a DEP meeting for navy, and i have to do a bunch off push ups!. my arms kill afterwords!. It's not that your doing them wrong, you just need to build up that arm muscle!.
Work up to a regular push up!. do girl push ups:)
your not doing them wrong, you just need that muscle!.
maybe different arms hurt because you are distributing your weight on both arms very unevenly!. try to build up both muscles on y our arms evenly!. i don't know!.

If you insist on doing pushups, do them with your knees on the mat/floor!.
This will develop strength, but reduce pain in arm muscles!. Eventually, your muscles will be able to handle more weight/stress-that's the time to put the weight on your feet & palms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Is it your shoulder!? If so, you could have rotators cuff!? Or, you could have tennis elbow!. You should see your doctor and either he'll be able to help you or he'll send you to a specialist!. You may have pulled something!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know this one, do "Planks"
Steady your body on your forearms and keep your body straight, it'll not only build your arm muscle but your abs too!.
