What can you hurt on the top of your foot?!

Question: What can you hurt on the top of your foot!?

A couple of days ago I was walking from the den to the kitchen and my foot started hurting, It feels like a cramp but it is on the top of my foot!. I didn't twist my foot or drop anything on it so I don't know what happened, can you pull a muscle in your foot!? It is not discolored or anything, but it does hurt!

There are nerves in the top of your foot that can get pinched easily!. That might be what it is, a podiatrist could diagnose it for you and tell you how to treat it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
