Question: My Shoulder Hurts Pretty Bad!.!.!?
My shoulder hurts even when im just sitting here!.!. It hurts to move it and its pretty hard to move!.!. my shoulder looks a lil outa line but i dont know if its always been like that!.!. !? whats wrong!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

A little out of line and pain at any position!?
Partial dislocations might feel like that!. I'd have that checked out quickly, because some joint damage could occur and result in a pleasant case of arthritis!.
I had something similar and it got worse as the day wore on!. It finally did reduce itself as I pulled into the hospital parking lot!. It felt a lot better, because the active pain subsided into a dull ache!.

Sounds like you need to do some stretching!. Look up some shoulder stretches on the internet and then start them slowly!. Also, take some ibuprofen!.
