Question: Collar pain help please!?

Hey guys, well this morning I woke up and I had a pain in my collar bone, not so much a sharp bone but sore!. It hurts alot and I have no idea what's wrong with it!. I sleep stomach down with my arms supporting my head!.

this happens to me a lot because I lie on my stomach with my arms supporting my head, but it's your neck that isn't getting any support, get a towel roll it up like a sausage and place it under your neck for support I found this to help, I have to do this because I can't get out of the habit of sleeping face down this is the only way I can get to sleep, if this doesn't work you will have to try sleeping on your back!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
