my friend got into a fight last night and she got hit on the side of her head and the swelling went into her eye, and it looks kinda like a black eye!. we have school on monday and shes freaking out!. any fast ways to get rid of it in 2 days!? she already put warm salt water & neosporin on it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

why did she put neosporin on a black eye!? that's for cuts!. the only thing that she can really do is put ice on it to help bring down any swelling and that will help get rid of some of the color but not all of it!. if your old enough she could try putting makeup on it to hide it while it heals, which usually takes about a week, like any other bruise!. sorry if that's not what you wanted to hear, hope she gets better soon, if the swelling is real bad or her eyesight isn't as good as it usually is she should go to the doctor's!. anytime you get hit in the head it can be very dangerous, don't take it lightly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
She doesn't need Salt water unless somthing has got into her eye!.
The only way you can solve this really is to wait for the swelling to go down!.

the swelling has to go down first!.!.!. and a simple way to make that happen is get a bag of ice and hold it to her eye!.!.!. UNTILL it looks better!Www@Answer-Health@Com
