How to get rid of stomach cramps?!


Question: How to get rid of stomach cramps!?
Not from running or pregnancy; at the moment I have a killer stomach cramp!.!.!.ow!.
Anything I can do to help make it go away!?

p!.s!. it's excruciatingly painful!.

It could be a period, or could be your plug ed up or have overeaten or have gas!. all of these problems have cures at pharmicy but a doctor will let you know if you have a bladder infection or kidney stones!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Take a nice hot lavandar scented bath or heat up a water bottle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
