If you've been standing or walking a lot during work, the best thing is to lie down on your back and elevate your legs against a wall or a chair!. This will help your circulatory system move blood out of your feet and legs faster!. Keep your legs elevated <at least above your heart level> for 20-30 minutes, and you'll notice relief!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is a certain type of chair that keeps your legs elevated and its the best thing ever!. The chair is kind of like a bowl!.
