Question: How to get rid of sinus congestion!?
I have tried alot of medications given to me by my doctor, as well as stuff like NeilMed!. But I still have my congestion and need to take nasal spray every few hours!. I don't have allergies, and its not the heating, or dust in my house!. I am trying to find a cure!. Thanks for your answers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All you need to know is a few simple massage techniques that will provide you with chemical-free relief of your sinus congestion and headaches!. The techniques can be done to yourself or to someone else!.


Step1
Wash your hands thoroughly!. Your hands touch a lot of surfaces and can carry all sorts of bacteria!. To prevent infection, it's important not to transfer the bacteria to your skin, eyes or nose!.


Step2
Rub some lotion on the face so that your fingers will easily glide over the surface of the skin!.


Step3
Firmly apply even pressure in the middle of the forehead using the pads of the first three fingers of each hand!.


Step4
Move your fingers around the eye in a circle that ends at the top of the nose!. Hold for a few seconds while maintaining firm even pressure!.


Step5
Massage in a reverse circle around the whole eye that begins where you left off at the top of the nose and ends at the middle of the forehead!. Apply firm pressure on the forehead for a few seconds!.
Repeat Steps 3 to 5 for three or four times!.


Step6
Place the pads of the index and middle fingers of both hands on either side of the nose!. Apply firm pressure and move your fingers down the nose in a small circular pattern!.
