How to make your fingertips hurt less when you play guitar?!

Question: How to make your fingertips hurt less when you play guitar!?
I've been practicing guitar alot this week cause I have a test tomorrow!. And I looked at my index finger and great!. I have a white blister on the center of my index fingertip!. How can you prevent or make less hurt your left hand fingers while still practicing regularly!? Is there any way to make this less painful!? oww!.!.!.
And I heard about the rubber or plastic covers for fingers, but I don't think that's an option for me, cause if I'm wearing something on my fingers, how can I get a clear single note while I'm touching another unwanted string!? right!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have played guitar for over 30 years!. Really muscle strength has very little to do with playing well!. It is the agility, coordination and light touch that works best!. Unfortunately it takes many years of playing for most people to acquire this touch!. Anytime that a brute force approach is applied the muscles, nerves and tendons are strained and produce pain and possibly permanent damage!.

The correct approach is to ease off, play fewer notes, slow the tempo and relax!. Playing with this relaxed feel is the basis to play correctly!. This relaxed feel should slowly be speeded up and more notes added as feels comfortable!. Never force it and always play with relaxed muscles!.

You can cover your finger tips where contact is made with a thin film or something similar!. There are also dry hard liquids out there that for example act like getting super glue on your fingers but is washable!. Something the likes of moleskin but not so thick!. Once you have been playing regular for a little while you should develop calluses on your finger pad where the contact is made!. If your not developing calluses and are getting blisters you need to treat those blisters and allow the skin to heal otherwise you will continue to have problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It all sorts itself out in time!. I have big fingers and I was helped by going to a curved fretboard, and Slinky strings which require less pressure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
