Wash with soap and warm water!. Make sure all dirt and debris is out of the scrapes!. When everything is out and the wounds are clean, pat them dry (don't rub them)!. Then apply an antibacterial ointment, preferably one with an analgesic (pain killer) built in, as scrapes tend to sting a lot!. Then bandage!.
Change the bandages daily, washing and re-applying the ointment when you do so!. You can leave the wounds uncovered at night to let them "air out"!. Watch for signs of infection (pus, heat, swelling, red lines, bad smell) and go to the doctor if they get infected!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
