I have never had pain before, not even a little!. It is more severe in my left hand than my right but it is in all of my knuckles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There could be a lot of reasons for pain in the knuckles-gout, arthritis, repetitive stress like typing too much!. Sometimes I soak my hands in epsom salt water when they get sore from overuse!. The sudden pain part of your message makes me think it is more likely an inflammation problem that could be helped by Aleve or Ibuprofen if you can take those over the counter things!. I would see a Dr!. if it doesn't resolve!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gout can do that!. Rheumatoid arthritis as well but it comes on slowly and is worse in the morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
