I usually only need between 6 & 7 hours a day to feel the most energetic!. I have found that over the years, the more I sleep, the more I *want* to sleep!. I can easily get by on 5 hours a night, with a 20-30 minute "power nap" during the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
different ppl need diff sleep, my partner can go all day on 6 hrs, where i need to sleep about 10 before i feel any good to do anything Www@Answer-Health@Com
i know,, its because as we get older we don;t need as much sleep as of when we were younger!.!. so we tend to sleep for bout 6-7 hours!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
