Question: How do I get rid of my stuffy nose!?! HELP PLEASE!.!?
How can I get rid of my stuffy nose!? I can't breathe at all!. My cold has gotten so bad that I can't taste or smell anything! I just took a long hot shower, but the steam didn't clear my sinuses!. What is the quickest, easiest way to get rid of my stuffy nose/cold!? And how long will it take for my taste and smell to come back!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well basically u stick it up ur nose and then tilt ur head sideways and wait until the water pours out of the other nostril!. when it pours out all of the yucky stuff that was clogged in your nose is getting drained away, and once all the water is gone, u will be able to breathe really good!.
