Question: Can showering every day be bad!? !?
Cause i shower every day well every night before going to bed but, have notice my shampoo(Head & Shoulder's) label on the back, "recommended use 2-3 times a week" How come!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

head and shoulders is medicated for dandruff, so they want to make sure you use it at least that much for it to work!. Maybe they think washing your hair more than that might dry out your scalp and make dandruff worse!? If you don't have dandruff, i'm sure it's fine to use every day!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Head and Shoulder shampoo is for dandruff!. It is very strong and will dry out your hair!. Try using a protein oil on your scape!. Only a couple of drops and massage the oil into your scape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
