Question: I have got a stomacheache and my head is dizzy/hurts!?
i have got a stomach ache lately!.!.!. it doesn't happen all the time of course!.!. i exercised right after eating a few weeks back!.!.!. then it was not so good!.!.!. later on it became alright!.!.!. however, when i exercised again( this time i rest quite a bit of time after eating) and i still had stomach problem!.!.!. also this 2 days, my head gets dizzy at times!.!.!. i have classes this few days!.!. i don want to miss, but if i miss, will the doctor write me a note with these 2 problems!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

A doctors note will cover your missed time!. Just ask the doctor for a note or they won't think to write one!. Also, it could be dehydration, that can make you feel sick, dizzy, and have a headache!. Hope you feel better soon!. Drink up!Www@Answer-Health@Com
the doctor will definitely write a letter i think it could have to do with your warm ups!. if you don't warm-up enough before you exercise you get stomach aches, cramps, stitches and it can cause a real discomfort!. getting dizzy that could simply be head pressure start taking vitamins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you have to eat more than a couple of crackers and spring water!.!.!.!.but if that's not the problem then maybe you have food poisoning!?!? if it doesn't stop hurting you better go to the doctor!. It could be something serious like IBS, or something worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
