hi everyone,
please help me :(
i need help to go to the loo!.
sometimes i will last 3 weeks not going!.
then i will finally go feeling like im going to die!.
i sweat and go hot and my heart pumps very very hard :( (scarey)
please if anyone knows any ways of softening whats to come out lol
please help asap!.

I think you should see a doctor!. 3 weeks is a long time! In the mean time, increase fiber, fruits and veggies and drink lots of water!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Binging on prunes, mandarins or oranges for a few days will help!.
For a long term solution you will need to consume a lot more fiber and that means a lot more fruit and vegetables and also more bread, cereals, pasta or rice!. Probably the worst food for constipation is red meat which can lead to colon cancer!. Eggs don't help either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should definitely go see a doctor!. This sounds like it could be something more serious than constipation!. Especially if you eat regular meals and the food is healthy!.
In the meantime, try eating more foods that are not overly processed: whole grains, fresh fruit and vegetables!. Perhaps a glass of prune juice each morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
