Question: My knees keep popping!!! plz help me!!!!!?
ok, so when i bend down and get back up, my knees pop REALLY bad!. its not just one pop, it sounds like a crunching waterbottle!. exactly like one!. after they pop, sometimes they swell and start to hurt and stiffin up!. i have had it for a few years now, and they are getting louder and worse!. they are now at the point where they pop when i am walking! my question is!.!.!.
what could be wronge with my knees!? its not just one knee, its both!. and would wrapping it help!? (not to stop the popping, to just refrian me me from bending)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its most likely the early signs of arthritus, but do be sure get it checked out, You didnt mention if its painful, or ever locked up on youWww@Answer-Health@Com
yea knee braces may help make it more comfortable to bend them!. you can get some at walmart!. some of us just have bad knees and joints!. mine do that and so does my husbands, and we are still pretty young!
but if you are that concerned I'd say it wouldn't hurt to let the doctor have a look at them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
