Answers:
To counteract the swayback you are going to have to increase the strength of the hamstrings, gluteals, lower back, and transverse abdominal muscles!. To start with I would strongly suggest that you get a referral to a physical therapist and have them check you out!. There are obviously postural issues that need to be adressed!. This means looking at you from the feet on up!. The increased lower back curve means that you most likely have tight hamstrings, calf, hip flexor, and lower back muscles!. You need some professional help in designing a program that will reestablish a normal balance between the muscle groups!. Without seeing you it is impossible to know what and by how much this imbalance exists!. To get started with this at home watch your posture and strengthen the gluteals by doing a bridge or just simply squeezing the muscles!. For the abs do what is called a plank!. That is assume the push up position but instead of being on your hands you are on your elbows and forearms!. Work up to one minute!. This will help to stabilize the anterior wall and keep the back from further swaying!. Good morning exercise is another one that should be in your program!. There are so many movements but again without seeing you it is impossible to know what issues need immediately adressed!. Good luck and do yourself a favor see a physical therapist now before things get worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
