Question: What should I do for my foot!?

I spun around on my carpet and I heard a bunch of poping where my toes connect to my foot and it kinda burns and it's starting to swell a little bit!. What's the best thing i should do to be able to walk better tomorrow!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
