Call your local pharmacy and ask the pharmacist what the optimum dose is!. I think it's a half-ounce, which you can measure in a shot glass, but I don't know for sure!. Check with a registered pharmacist!. They're always willing to help and have all the info about OTC drugs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can use a kitchen teaspoon if you don't feel like going to the drug store!. If you don't mind going to the drug store, you can buy little liquid medicine measuring cups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I actually just used a big (sort of like a serving spoon!? But not that big lol) spoon!. It doesn't really matter, you won't die if you take just a few mL too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Get another Nyquil bottle and use the cap for that one!. It's recycling!.
