my balls hurt out of no where, i mean i started lifting weights, and i played a lot of football, but they hurt and i dont know how to make the pain stop!.!.!.it just comes and goes!.!.!.!.any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First thing to check is tight undies - are they too tight!? Same with the rest of the clothing you wear!. This can have a dramatic effect!.!.!.!.

If it's not your clothing, then you could have either a "mechanical" defect - a hernia, damage to the spermatic chord or the testicles themselves as a result of straining to lift weights - or an infection that has happened to coincide with the weight-lifting!.

Certain types of bacterial infections (NSU) can work their way up to the testicles and cause serious pain!.

Either way, go and see a doctor!. If you don't, then none of the problems listed above will go away on its own!.

You could end up in real agony, end up at the doctor anyway, and they may have to take them out because they are too damaged!.!.!. You don't want to have them removed, do you!?

The semi serious answer is spermatic retention syndrome aka blue balls!. For this the answer is in your hand!.

The serious problem you must make sure you don't have is testicular torsion or twisting of the testes around itself!. Not only can the testes strangle itself and die but you could become sterile!. Only one way to check it out and that is the dr!. If the pain becomes continuous the ER is the place!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well a lot of things could be the problem and for most a trip to the Doctor is recommended to prevent further damage or problems!.

One of the most common causes is torsional testicle!. This is caused by one or both of them twisting into an not natural position!. This causes the nerves to get pinched and the blood supply to be reduced or cut off!.

You would need to see a Doctor to see what to do and if it can be repaired and prevented in the future!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

how about check them for lumps to rule out cancer!.
also take it easy when it comes to weights, dont lift anything out of your league, the last thing you want to do is damage your body!.
