if there is no swelling or discoloration soak it in hot water for comfort and in 3 or 4 days it should be better, crush injuries can be painful, if the skin is broken keep it clean and covered, good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Depends on what you actually did to it, but it will seem like forever no matter what as you will continue walking on it and irritating it!.
