Headache for 3 consecutive days?!

so my girlfriend has had a headache for 3 consecutive days!.!.she takes medicine and it helps her but these last 3 days it has no effect on her!.!.!.today she said she felt like she was going to pass out or atleast thats how she felt!.!.!.i just want to know what could be wrong with her and what are some remedies without medicine to help her feel better!.!.!.any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
