Do you have random pains on a regular basis too?!

Question: Do you have random pains on a regular basis too!?
I feel like almost every day, and every minute of it- there's some part of my body that's in pain!. I'm only 24, and I think I'm healthy!.

For instance, right now: I have a dull headache, my right shoulder is sore, and there are shooting pains down the outer part of my right hand and in my right wrist!.

I don't think I'm dying or anything- I just wonder if other people have constant random pains too!? Or does everyone else just walk around feeling fabulous all day!? I'm not trying to complain- I'm just curious!.

I've always assumed everyone has minor discomforts most of the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sunshine-Fabulous question!
I wonder the same!. Evidentally most ppl do not have minor discomforts MOST OF THE TIME!.
My dumbass doc says '35% of ppl over age 35'[which yr not] do 'suffer from chronic pain'!.She also says we 'ought to just deal with it'!.This is just cruel, ignorant, willful stupidity!.It's vile & immoral to deny easy treatment to ppl whose chronic pain has diminished their life quality!.
Sorry~OK, answer:No-Most don't!.
answer:Yes-I'm w/you!.
In fact, at the moment, we're presenting the same symptoms!. And it's always something w/me!. Always has been!. Made me feel awkward, freakish!. Disrupted my posture!.
Affects self-esteem and body image!.
I can see you're not bitching & moaning-you certainly do have reason to wonder!.
Frankly, it DOES sound like tension or posture/spine curvature related!. Even minor dehydration!. But it could be thousands of things!. Arthritis!. Pinched nerve!. Circulation Problems!. Injury!. Neurological!. God-knows-what-all!.
But here's what I wonder:
Do you see an md regularly!?
If so, have you mentioned this to Dr___!?

If Yes!? What'd Doc say!? Did you feel listened to!? Have you reseached yr symptoms!? There are sites w/the most effective ways to relate to mds-including printable checklists to bring to yr visit!.

If No!? Why not!? Not important enough!? Don't want to 'whine'!? Don't trust yr doctor!?

If any of those last are true of you-please take my advice and change yr attitude, yr doc!.!.!.or both!.

Because you ARE important enough to discuss these things w/the person you pay to keep you healthy!. Maybe it's nothing but DO attempt to find out!. If you can't talk to yr physician out of mistrust, fear, etc!., get a new one!. You're interviewing them remember-not the other way around tho' they'll huff and they'll puff to make you feel different!. If you can keep looking until you get what you need!. If you can't see if there are appropriate insurance plans for you through yr local/fed gov!.

Then tell him/her exactly what you've been feeling and how long and keep telling until yre satisfied that they've heard you!.

This IS NOT COMPLAINING-This is your responsibility to youself & the ppl who love you!.

I know coz I grew up not complaining!. Not moaning or whining!. Not when I was run right over by a car at 8 yrs old & refused a ride, continued my errand & pushed my bike home!.

Not when I broke my leg clean thru!.

Not when I began to quickly lose my vision @ 18!.

And on and on!.

Now I can't cross my legs certain ways because of my rt ankle!. Since the initial untreated break age@15 it's broken 6 or 7Xs!.

I'm stopping here-too long winded!. My point is!.!.!.I was taught "Never whine, Quit yer complainin', Oh, that's NOTHIN', honey!"
But it turns out it always was something!. And I really have and continue to suffer badly from it!.

Please don't take any chances that you don't have to!? Please!?

Every once in a while, I get a sharp pain through my temples!. It feels sort of like an electric jolt, and I'd be bed-ridden if it lasted more than a few moments!. I've asked my doctors about it, and they suggested that it was due to stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Today I have a headache!. And I've been feeling pretty sick!. I've mostly just been feeling terrible for the past two days, and plus today, because of that question of mine you answered!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u must be getting ****** really hard :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds to me as though you have tension, and maybe a misalignent somewhere!.

From what I understand, If you have a misalignment, the tissue around
that area could become swollen, and could press on nerves, which would explain the pins and needles sensation!.

However, you did mention that you have the dull headache!.
If you have chronic tension and tension headaches, that could cause you to worry, and in my experience, panic over not knowing whin you are feeling what you are feeling can cause numbness and a 'pins and needles' sensation!.

Try visiting with your doctor or chiropractor!.

You could also use a massage!.

Try doing a shoulder massage to release tension around your neck!.
You can also massage the top of your head, to release tension with those pressure points!. You should feel a difference, if it's tension!.

If you discover that it seems to be caused by tension, you could try chamomile tea as a daily calmer, in addition to Excedrin Tension Headache to relieve the headache and 'tight ' tension feelings (if you have them!.

If you have a friend who likes to do massage, that could be a real bonus!. Maybe buy her some coffee or lunch in return for her helpful services, and she'll always want to fix you when you're not feeling your best :)

BTW, my whole life has been spent in minor physical discomfort!. Something always feel like it's 'not right', so I know what you're going through!. I've suffered from tension headaches and anxiety since I was a pre-teen!. The headaches and tightness and pinching pain in my shoulders can become unbearable, and getting an anxiety attack when I feel it, doesn't help any!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
