My legs really hurt, How do I make them stop?!


Question: My legs really hurt, How do I make them stop!?
Okay so I decided to miss the first few days of soccer practice!. Soccer started this week!. So the coach decided to make me do like 4 stadiums and like 3 miles!. So I almost passed out!. My muscles on my legs are really hard and they hurt and there soar!.
Does anyone have any tips on how to make them stop hurting and also I know I am going to be really soar for the next few days because of this do you guys know how to stop that!?

ok i had the same problem my first few days of basketball practice!. you haaave to drinks tons and tons of water, because when your legs cramp, that means your muscles need water!. and also stretch!. it may hurt a little to stretch, but after you do, you'll feel soo much better (: stretch in the mornings when you get up, before you start practice, after practice, and before you go to bed!. and if your teachers will let you, bring a water bottle to all of your classes and drink water allll day!. and if your not drinking and pissing like crazy, then your not drinking enough! (:
