Rest, ice, compression, and elevation!.
So: don't use your wrist; ice it, 20 minutes per hour, keeping a cloth between the ice and your skin; compression means wrap it up, Ace bandages are good if you have them; and elevation means keep it at heart level or higher!. Keeping it above your heart will help reduce swelling and throbbing!.
You can also take some Advil or Tylenol!. Follow the dosing instructions on the bottle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ice for the 1st 24 hours, then heat and ice alternating!. Wrap in an ace bandage!. Take some tylenol!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
