Has anyone ever used this type of sleep aid you can buy from Walmart, It's doxylamine Succinate Tablets 25mg!. The package says the active ingredients are compared to unisom!. I was just wondering if it worked and did you feel groggy when you woke up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have taken it before!. It is basically walmart's version of unisom!. I was not groggy in the morning!.!.!. but you need to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep or you will be!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I've never used it or any other sleep aids!. Don't get used to them young lady, they can become habit forming!. Just try honest to goodness old fashion natural ways to sleep!. keep your room dark, don't dwell on any worries or any upcoming events, turn off TV, Computer, stereo unless low and no rap or rock and roll, just soft playing music!. Think of the things that relax you and that should do it, no pills!. Good luck and hopefully a good nights sleep!. Don't eat or drink anything, especially caffeine or chocolate after 7 or 8 pm!.
