Answers:
Advil will simply mask the pain that you're experiencing!.

It's really important to listen to your body and learn to tailor your workouts to the way you feel during and after exercise!. Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) is typical after most forms of exercise but should subside within 24/48hrs of your workout!. If the pain is really intense or lasts longer than this you should consider taking your training levels down a notch!.

Taking pain relief prior to exercise is really dangerous because it could mask a serious injury!. Acute pain is an indicator that you should STOP what you are doing!. Preventing your body from telling you that you have injured yourself is plainly daft!

Ensure that you warm up thoroughly before exercise (10-15 minutes of gentle aerobic exercise should suffice to get the blood pumping enough before you have a thorough stretch)!. Also ensure that you complete a thorough cool down after exercise - gentle jog leading into a walk and then long stretching period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to hurt less is to stretch more!. A certain amount of stiffness and pain is normal after working out, sometimes for a few days!. You want to be careful to know the difference between the pain of working out and the pain of an injury!. If you have an inflammed joint, take an advil!. If you are stiff from playing yesterday, warming up at football and getting moving again will make the pain go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yup!. That'll do it!.

Also, I'd start working a little more bananas into your diet and stay hydrated!. One banana a day would really help your muscles to recover quickly!. They contain a ton of potassium and that'll help your body actual handle practice better!.

Pills just cover up the symptoms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
