You would defer to strangers on the internet who haven't even ever seen your ankle over your physician, who examined it in person!?

If your doctor said it is fine go right ahead!. You may want to limit the amount of time you are bearing weight on it if you can but it is fine to walk on a mild sprain!. Just follow the RICE method when you can (Rest Ice Compression Elevation)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's okay to!. You'll feel a little discomfort but as long as your not running around or staying on your feet for a long amount of time you'll be okay!. The best way to make it feel better faster is to ice it whenever your sitting, that way when your walking around it won't feel as bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is ok!. I would wrap it with an ACE wrap though to give it some support!. A grade 1 is the most minor of sprains, and should heal fine within a few weeks!. Baby it for a few days (RICE- Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation), use it as little as you can & you'll be healing in no time! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Probably becuase your muscle is week right now but it might hurt!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
