you can make a very realistic cast with papier mache using stuff from home!.
roll a newspaper around your arm [to get the size] & cello tape it!. glue layers of toilet roll or kitchen roll strips using PVA glue diluted in water!. add at least 2-3 layers!. leave to dry!. once it's dry, paint white if required!. ask your friends etc!. to sign it!.

You shouldnt cast it yourself!.!. You need to have it set by a professional so that it heals properly!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
