Okay,so I have a cold!.My nose is plugged,I can't breathe out of it!.I also have a headache!.
I have been taking Advild Cold & Sinus and using Dristan Nasal Spray!.I've also been drinking lots of water and blueberry juice!. What can help me get rid of this cold!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Colds can't be cured, only managed!.!.!.it will go away eventually!. The best you can do is what you are along with plenty of fluids and as much rest or sleep as you can beg borrow or steal!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
try lemon, eg speaze some lemon into water!. Or use lemon squash!. You could try paracetamol!. and try vicks for your nose!. xWww@Answer-Health@Com
Go to bed early , take a warm bath / shower before you go to bed, etc!. stay warm at all cost!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
