It's all in your head, relax and breathe is the best advise!. They use hollow needles to pierce which makes it fairly painless and quick!. It's more pressure than it is pain, relax it's all over in like 10 seconds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
take a pain killer right before!. or sum alcohol right before which usually serves as a numbing agent especially on your face!. be aware that alcohol will make it bleed more!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Slap the area a couple of times or hold ice on it!. if you hold ice on it it will numb the are!. same with slaping!. ice works way betterWww@Answer-Health@Com
Take 6-800mg ibuprofen about 2 hours before you go!. It'll still hurt, but that will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
