Why am I so incredibly tired?!
Question: Why am I so incredibly tired!?
I got about 9 hours of sleep last night and now I feel like collapsing and falling asleep!. Maybe I got too much sleep!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Every day make for sure you go to bed around the same time and get 7 to 8 hours of sleep!. Keep your schedule and you should be too tired unless your doing a lot of work!. It is important to take a good multi-vitamin every day and that will help you!. If you are tired in the morning drink the International brand of coffee that has just a llittle caffine!. The French Vinella or Hazelnut is the best!. Fill your coffee cup up and put in five teaspoons, stir and enjoy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i sleep from 3am - 6-7am

i am tired, but it doesnt bother me, i just stay lively, ignore it, keep alert
served me well for the past year
u can never get too much sleep
u shud wake up, and feel like getting up, if u can wake up, and immediatly be awake and alert, and get up, fine, then u know uve had enough sleep, as your body is 100% replenished by then
untill u feel that, u shud sleep more
try sleeping from say 10pm-10am (or to at least 11 hours a night)
after a few days, or a week max, u shud wake up, and feel like uve been awake for ages
seriously, u wake up, and BAM! u can just egt up, and go for a jog if u wanted to, happened to me a few times in the past
so i know, and FYI, u can never have TOO MUCH sleep
but u can always have NEVER ENOUGH sleep
keep that in mind, until u wake up alert and ready

most mornings i go to bed at about 3-4 and get up about 9-10 and if i set my alarm for about 9-10am and stay up for then till about 9-10pm then i will get up at 8-9am if i set my alarm a few times in that wk then it like my head is set t get up at that time so u should try settin an alarm for a time u want up and not goin to bed till about 9-10pm and then gettin up at that time again it seems to work get back to me and tell me if i does Www@Answer-Health@Com
