I can't breathe. Help please?!

Question: I can't breathe!. Help please!?

I have a cold and i've been sick now for about 3 days!.
I can't breathe out of my nose at all!
I've tried everything!.
Vaporizer in my room;
Took cold meds;
Took a steamy shower;
Everything!
When i blow my nose nothing comes out but it feels VERY stuffy!.
Any help please!?

I've always found that laying down on my stomach will somewhat relieve the pressure of full sinuses!. Make sure you are taking something to relieve sinus pain!.
Also, it sounds funny as heck, but if you have some tobasco in the house, try smelling it! I find that it helps! I dunno why!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you called your doctor's office!? Sometimes you can call in and ask questions about situations like that and have them give you advice, although they might tell you you need to come in (which I recommend anyway!.) You may need medical attention or just a push in the right direction!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
